The Enterprise Edition of NETQ Internet Surveys lets you do unlimited online research across your organisation. This type of licence gives an unlimited number of users within an organisation the right to generate an unlimited response with an unlimited number of online questionnaires.
All users can work simultaneously, in different workgroup environments, as required. Users can be created and authorisation levels set per user or workgroup using a comprehensive rights management system.
The Enterprise Edition is installed on its own server or dedicated hosted server. A dedicated server can be hired and hosted externally through a hosting provider selected by NetQuestionnaires.
Customised solutions possible
The (non-shared hosted) Enterprise Edition allows the open character of the NETQ Internet Surveys platform to be used through customised solutions. For example, the Enterprise Edition lets you create customised solutions as links to BI, CRM or other systems, customised reports and dashboards, or even unique customised feedback solutions.
Annual licence fee and other costs
The annual licence fee for the Enterprise Edition licence is €11,999.- exclusive of VAT. This price includes helpdesk support (second line) and version updates. Not included are installation and any hosting and hire of the server, an SSL certificate for security and the necessary licences for Microsoft SQL Server and Adobe ColdFusion.

Service level hosting of dedicated server
A Service Level Agreement (SLA) can be concluded for the day-to-day management of your dedicated hosted server. Dedicated server uptime of 99.9% is in any case guaranteed for all service levels. The different service levels are as follows:
